I am a construction worker by day and a baker at nights and weekends. As of right now my bakery is ran out of my house in Eldridge. I am licensed and health inspected by the state of Iowa. Which means I can sell and ship anywhere in the United States.

I make everything from scratch. Caramel, pastry dough, whipped cream, custard, and the list goes on. I don’t like making cookie dough and freezing it. I will make it the day you order it.
